Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy in place.
1. Non-Returnable Items
As our products are personalized and intended for hygiene use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Customization: Products with personalized engravings or designs cannot be resold or reused.
Hygiene Concerns: Hygiene-related items such as toothbrushes, straws, and water bottles cannot be returned once opened or used.
2. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Items
While we strive for perfection, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Eligibility for Return/Refund:
The item must have a demonstrable manufacturing defect or be damaged during delivery.
Claims must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product.
Proof of defect/damage, such as photographs or videos, must be provided.
Resolution Options:
Replacement of the defective product with an identical or similar product.
Refund of the purchase price in cases where a replacement is not possible.
3. Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items if you change your mind after 24 hours of the order being placed. This is due to the bespoke nature of our products.
4. Canceling Your Order
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as customization work will have begun.
